Website access and hosting

This website is hosted by internex. To deliver the website reliably and securely, the web server and hosting provider may process information such as IP address, request time, requested file, browser details and technical errors in server logs. The retention period of these logs depends on the hosting provider’s actual settings and terms.

Optional CRM storage for enquiries

When the CRM is active, the contact form clearly explains this. If you explicitly agree, your name, email or phone number, region, topic, message, referral source and any person who referred you are stored in a restricted-access database hosted by internex. The information is used to respond to your enquiry and correctly attribute referrals. When CRM is not enabled, WhatsApp contact remains available without storage on this website. CRM data is accessible only to the authorised website owner, is not used for automated marketing and is deleted when no longer needed for its purpose. You may request access, correction or deletion via info@hjo-consulting.com. Data is stored only after you expressly submit the form.

Contacting us

If you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we process the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, discuss a potential business relationship. Information is kept only as long as required for that purpose and applicable legal obligations. The WhatsApp message is first prepared in your browser and transmitted to WhatsApp only if you choose to send it there. If the optional CRM is enabled and you expressly agree, your contact information is separately saved in the private CRM when you select ‘Save enquiry & open WhatsApp’. Further handling by WhatsApp is subject to that provider’s own privacy information.

Videos and external links

The videos on this website are hosted as files on our own webspace. Social media links lead to third-party platforms, which have their own privacy notices. The website does not currently include embedded web analytics or an AI chatbot. CRM storage occurs only when enabled and after you explicitly agree to the form’s privacy notice.
